We ship via USPS and send tracking information via email at the time of shipping for packages shipped via First Class Package or Priority Mail.

- You are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS if your package has been damaged or lost.
- In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, you agree that this store will not be held responsible if tracking information indicates that the package was “delivered,” confirming USPS successfully delivered it to the specified address.
- International customers acknowledge that their purchase/package does not come with insurance and tracking beyond the U.S. border, and NO refunds will be issued for damage, customs seizure, or loss.
